What we process

Files you upload are processed to perform the conversion you request. We store job metadata needed to run and deliver the download. Converted outputs are temporary and are cleaned up by our sweeper.

Identity & minutes

You can convert with free daily guest minutes without creating an account. If you use FIS identity, we associate conversion-minute balances and plan status with that identity so you can keep a saved balance across visits.

Payments

Paid minutes are handled by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation and update your minute balance. Card details are processed by Stripe, not stored on this server.

Ads & analytics

If you arrive from an ad, we may keep campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or click IDs) in your browser session and log anonymized conversion events so we can see which campaigns lead to successful conversions. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for CSRF protection and, when you sign in with FIS, to keep your identity for the visit.
